Revolutionize yOUR Wellness

What is 12 Days of Wellness?

Powered by California Black Women’s Health Project, the 2nd Annual 12 Days of Wellness campaign kicks off on December 1st, 2025, with a focus on promoting mental health and wellness for Black women, girls, and families. For 12 impactful days, participants will engage in daily activities grounded in the 12 Commandments of Mental Health, a powerful tool designed to nurture emotional and mental well-being.

Starting in November and throughout the campaign, the community will also raise funds to address health disparities within the Black community. This holiday season, help foster healing, build community, and provide much-needed support. Stay tuned and get ready to share, fundraise, and participate!

Day 11

12 Days of Wellness is not just a campaign; it is a radical act of survival and protest against white supremacy and capitalism, which thrive on Black women’s exhaustion and silence. By centering our rest, joy, and mental health, we reject systems that were never built for us and reclaim our right to live fully well.
